Responsibilities: • Supervise a team of workers on a construction site • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed • Monitor the progress of the project and report to the construction manager • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time • Ensure that all work is completed according to the project specifications • Resolve any issues that may arise on the construction site Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of experience in a construction or related field • Knowledge of construction safety protocols • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in a supervisory role • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Ability to use basic tools and equipment
